Business Analyst - Data & Analytics

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team
• Analyse, challenge and document business requirements, processes, KPIs, and reporting needs
• Translate and structure business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the lifecycle, from requirement intake to solution adoption and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Solution Architects, and external partners to deliver scalable data solutions
• Define business rules, KPI definitions, and reporting requirements
• Identify data sources and data dependencies across SAP and other systems
• Support prioritization and qualification of Data & Analytics initiatives
• Ensure solutions align with Refresco data standards and architecture

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, IT, Data & Analytics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a similar role
• Strong experience translating business requirements into data and analytics solutions
• Experience with data analysis, profiling, and identifying patterns in datasets
• Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and understanding of processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or procurement
• Working knowledge of data and reporting platforms, preferably Snowflake, Power BI, and dbt
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Able to challenge and structure ambiguous business requirements
• Experience creating functional designs, process flows, and business requirements documents
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
